Seems adding the Enable All Heroes (Shadow Wizard Fix) while using this mod for the Wood Elves turns all your Spellsingers into Patriarchs T-Posing on their mounts. I've tried this a couple times and get that result every time. Using it without the extra mod still works like it did, you just get a little goblin for the unit card pics and a Frostmaiden on the slider thingy when you are viewing a character. Annoying, but not a big deal.

@山田かなみ Hey, i'm currently occupied with finishing all the characters variants mods for the HEs, been looking at this lately and when i'm done i plan to go back and improve this mod, probably re-release it, but that may take a while, just letting you know.

@Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan Yes it's a collateral effect that carries on from the HE races.

@Aemesh Yes, that can happen, it's addresed with the submod listed.

@Anax That might be because you are using Mixu's mod and this one with the sumod listed here. AS it says in the disclaimer in the description, when using the 3, these error occur, if you use mixu, use just this mod without the submod. If not, use both.

Love this mod. Alchemist has a goblin model and no portrait (playing as grombrindal). Still, other heroes seem to be working, so yay, pegasus/griffon cavalry heroes for my stunty dawi army!

hey not sure if its intended but the elven Noble when playing as Karl franz cost Influence if you want a good trait but i cant get influence as the empire ;p

That's all right. Thank you for your answer to my question. However, if the Ice Maiden is removed, Cathay will not have enough hero types compared to the other factions. I would be glad if you could spare some time to give Cathay some heroes to replenish its army, such as the elves, to solve Cathay's weakness.

Hello, this is really a good mod. But when I play Cathay, I can only build buildings to recruit Master Engineers, not Frost Maidens. Is this a common problem? How can I solve it?

@Zarkx Unfortunately, it would have the same issue as to appear as a unit goblin card, so i skipped it until i manage to integrate a solution somebody else shared with in the workshop. Trying to first understand how to integrate it, then i'd add whatever hero you guys request. Thanks for your patience and support!

I found this mod first and enjoyed it, except it does nothing for the Wood Elves. When I play Wood Elves, they are an order faction. And there's really only one thing I want. The Dark Elf Sorceress with the lisp.

@Zarkx Hey man, sure, i can add it. Will do so in the next update, i'll be updating it once patch 2.3 drops this month.
Regarding the bug you found, yes, i know about it, she is one of the heroes that (for the empire) will not have her portrait working when alone on the campaign map. Managed to fix most of them but some are still bugged like that, and the way the mod is built, i can't change it sadly. Hopefully it doesn't affect your enjoyment of the mod too much.

Edit : the bug only appear when the hero go alone, when she is in a army, its fine

hi again just spot a lilte bug (with elven archer) in imperial faction, i got thane small portrait and golbin unit card

PD: Seems that the only hero that can't get a mount is the paladin, who can't get the horse mount, as it's usually recruited with one from level 1 on brettonia, and this is done via script iirc, so it's not working for other races. Will take a look at it. But that should be the only one who can't get a starting mount, he can still get the pegasus later.

Hey guys, saw a lot of comments regarding mounts. They work fine for me, might be incompatibiliity with another mod. Also took a look around on the campaign map. Playing this time as the HEs, dwarf get their paladins/captains/nobles mounts, pegasus, chariots, eagles. Same with kislev, brettonia, empire and lizardmen. Any mods that could be conflicting that you guys might have in mind? I'm running it with 43 other mods and all mounts are working on my end.

Regarding the HE traits being negative, yes, can't to something about it at the moment, hope to figure something out in the future.

Mounts are a huge part without them these heroes are significantly Nerffed hopefully this is a bug that can get fixed

Playing as Dwarfs atm.
The heros don't get their mounts (shame because I'm allied with Bretonnia and wanted a paladin to ride with the knights), and High Elf nobles are only available with bad traits.

@OllieT Sorry man, really don't know how to do that. Eventually i hope to figure it out. For now i'm taking a break to play the game, and see what else i can try new with the mod. Hope you guys still enjoy it this way

I really love that model for the warrior priest. Would love to recruit him for my empire playthrough.

Yeah... but as i would of course also like them properly named this is just a little inconvenience and we can rename them ourself easily...
And in some cases... maybe not. Because maybe this Kislevite Icemaiden is a child to a Kislevite and a Empire Woman and got a imperial name that way... and thats why she lived there and now serves the Empire.

@OllieT Hye man, glad to hear you are having fun. Sadly, the heroes added by this mod to the other races, are considered by the game like variations of the other hero archetype that race has by default, so changing one (at least with the way i know how to do this) will also change the name pool for the empire captains, for example.

Love this mod makes playing as Franz even more fun. Any chance you can find a way to get the heroes to have their respective names? Kind of weird seeing a Glade Captain or HE Noble with a Reikland name.

Against the hero spam: I use "cost based army caps" from Jadawin and Wolfy which works against Doomstacks and also against hero stacks... because you can not have more then a Gerneral + 2 heros in a army mostly... also works absolutly fine with moded units because it takes the cost base for the mod from cost and upkeep of the unit... :)

Hey everyone!

With the latest update i took a look at the mod and with the help of @六战的遮羞布 managed to fix (mostly) the issue with unit cards, portraits and icons for the heroes of the mod. Huge thanks to him for pointing out a solution. Below there is a list of the heroes that are still not fixed for certain races:

High Elves: Warrior Priest

Empire: Glade Captain

Dwarfs: Alchemist

Kislev: Glade Captain

Cathay: Dwarf Engineer

The rest of the heroes included in this mod all work properly now for the other races listed.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
Also, the Ogre Hunter has been added as an option for the Empire to recruit! Have fun!

@Kaptajn (i got tech armor) Hey, wil take a look soon, i think i can, or at least restrict it to only some major players.

@Blice Would take a look at what races can have the hunter, and add them, though probably will do it to playable factions and not minor ones.

@FateOfFury Yes, these issues are addresed in the description, i haven't sadly found a way to fix this, if i can i will, that's why is still considered a beta.

Would it be possible to add Ogre Hunters to most races? Since they are solitary ogres according to the lore who travel around and trade their prey with other ogres and races.

When I recruit Glade Captain for empire her unit card is a goblin, her portrait is karl franz, and her bottom left portrait is zoomed out, but still an elf. Most corrects if she enters an army, but re bugs when back on campaign map.
