Currently looking into a solution for the t-posing on Official Dedicated Servers. You'll have to use this model on local servers until then.

The animation problem have been acknowledge, the animation will break when you are playing in Official Dedicated, we'll look in to fixing this problem soon

I was referring to the T-posing mentioned earlier that I imagine was patched, but I can go back in and make a list of that’ll help

Regarding how the skin looks, and I've talked about this individually before to certain people:

The Source Engine has vastly different shading techniques than other video games, especially more modern titles like GTA 5. I can't say for sure what process they use, but I'm sure they have a way to blur those details. Smoothing it out would require manual image editing because as far as I'm aware, Source doesn't have any built in shaders that can fix it.

If I could add, the skin on his viewmodel looks like it’s made outta sandpaper. Could you fix that as well? Smoothen it up a bit? That along with the T-posing are all that’s holding back an otherwise perfect Francis mod. I absolutely ADORE the design
