You can download workshop content offline using steamcmd. If you own the game you can simply use your steam login information. If you dont, you can try to login anonymously.

any chance someone can pm me a link so I can manually install this amazing looking mod offline? In order to download this mod via Steam I have up update the game. I've been playing offline and haven't updated the game since July because patches break the game version I'm loving.

@Grim Gatsby I use this mod alongside "The Motherland" which is a Kislev overhaul. Kostaltyn has a black bear.

I really wish he had been a DLC lord as he really needs his own thing that makes him differ from Katarin and Boris. Guess it'll be up to modders to fix that one day... He still looks great with this mod or the Chad mod.

I am using another mod that adds more magic lores to the ogre heroes so i think its a mod conflict. purely visual thankfully.
