Behind the broken door in the office there is a room with an electric switch . If the camera is turned off, a red light will light up there, you need to click on the red light to restore the functionality of the camera

is there any way to reboot the cameras? or are they permanently locked once the buttons near them are pressed?

electricity is turned on and off in a special room with a refrigerator. To turn it off or on, sometimes you need to press the button several times.
