Playing with bots, I can confirm that the point is absolute hell to cap :erune: I'm grateful that OP made a poolrooms map but there's *far* too much open space/unbroken lines of sight that makes some classes overpowered (especially snipers) and others useless

Sniper will always be a problem on any KoTH map, you can make an open KoTH point work without Snipers being too big of a problem. It's just how other classes can deal with Sniper that is the major make or break of a map. Make it so that if there's a Sniper somewhere in the distance, you'd be able to fire a rocket back at them at point blank range.

The point where it's at right now looks very very cramped, it looks like it'd be hell to cap.

Thank you for the comment. The control point is behind the waterfall because, like in almost every map I've made and was working on - Sniper. Sniper spots and sightlines are always a huge issue (atleast for me) when making the map layout. I either have to close off the map or clutter it with props just to not make Sniper overpowered.

For the aesthetic, I tried to make my own interpretation of the Poolrooms, as this is supposed to be a sort of "resort" inside them (kind of like that meme of the McDonald's in the Backrooms). Spawns (and pretty much all of the map) are the way they are because I obsess over symmetry.

It is possible to change the material of a texture, but I'm not sure how possible it is to make a new material that squeaks.

The control point is way too small and way in the back for some reason, why is it behind the waterfall? I would've assumed that it'd be in the center where that waterfall is, not the other way around. There's not a whole lot going on with the aesthetic as it looks more like a trade plaza and less like the spooky poolrooms, also RED and BLU's sides don't offer much in terms of visual difference other than the slides in their spawn rooms. I know that it would be excessive and repetitive just reusing the same white bath tile for the whole map (despite the actual Poolrooms looking like that), but the checkered floor tile you used for the walls doesn't really help make it spookier.

Also, is it possible to change the sound of the footsteps on the materials? Because if you made it sound more like the merc's shoes are squeaking when walking on the tiles, that would be perfect.
