Disregard my last comment, I found a mod that allowed me to change the ecu textures via planetary decision and it worked!

Hello friend first your mod is incredible, but I'm having issues applying the new textures while having a custom shipset. I found the names of the textures in the workshop folder, but clicking on the planet and typing this command : effect set_planet_entity = { entity = STP_city_01_diff_4K }.

I've tried the other variations of that file like STP_city_01_norm_4K and STP_city_01_spec_4K as well as removing the extra stuff like norm or sepc_4K but still the same default ecu texture applies. I'd really appreciate if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'm also trying to apply this to Earth, if that helps at all !

Yes, this mod needs to be updated and I plan on making changes to the Commercial Arcology. But this takes time so please be patient.

Any word on a potential update for the future ? -- textures simply refuse to co-operate and I suspect it has to do with planetary diversity being updated whilst the files for these textures remain the same.

It's a really nifty set of textures !

would hate for the project to be abandoned .

@Protodeus Is it "safe" to actually use your mod with the current game? Do the other files cause serious issues I'm not aware of?

Cool, I am using the mod with non-PD Stellaris for now along with your 4k planet texture pack. It's all really great stuff, look forward to this getting updated.

Question if I started a game with this mod does that mean no Holy planets? Even if I fixed the file myself?

the vanilla graphic is also supposed to spawn, yes. this mod does need to updated as the planetary diversity files have changed, but I am busy right now so I will update it when I have time.

The holy_planet being missed is an oversight though, I'll have to add that in.

Yeah, found another planet in my game and no textures. Not using any custom ships. Any ideas why this is not working?

I am also having the issue with it not working in game. I started a new game with the mod enabled but only the base model for a Relic world shows up for the first Relic world I found.

Hey I "think" found the issue with Relic world showing default. In your _STP_relic_planetary_entities.asset file you start with:

name = "relic_world_02_entity"

There is no: name = "relic_world_01_entity"

When I force spawn that in game I get the default graphic I am seeing.

Because it alters the game's code. The textures are determined via decision.
