I disagree with the scout guy, I love wearing subtle cosmetics since I really like the original look of the classes i.e. I wear a lot of medals and shoes, hats on some very rare occasions. ALTHOUGH, I don't scout should have a beard, but if he ever did have one, this is a very good attempt on what it would look like

(it would also be really funny if they made this Halloween restricted)

here is currently a total of 1698 cosmetic items no shit many player wont use this.

The cosmetic looks nice, but if I'm being modest, I don't think many players would use this if it got in due to the very restrictive limitation of 3 cosmetics, and wouldn't be nearly as noticeable as a hat, shirt, shoes (some loadouts requiring all 3 to feel "complete" so-to-speak) or gloves. If the game allowed up to 5 cosmetics per class (or hell, even 4), this would no doubt have more potential usage. But with TF2 in its' current state, and Valve releasing only one cosmetic crate per event (should be 2 instead, one containing more Seasonal items and the other giving Holiday ones), I'm much more interested in seeing certain cosmetic sets (Peak Performer & Teufort City Rookie as examples for Scout cosmetic sets) being added to the game instead.
