Imo should have 0.2 or even 0.1 weight instead of 0.5, cuz its like Magic Mush levels of good. Otherwise the mod is dope, its really really high quality.

Too similar to adrenaline unless it counts empty heart slots+broken hearts, Then it's really good for the losts and maggy with birthright.

the phrase "vengeance up!" made me think you would do more damage the lower health you have, just like how bumbo works in his own game. or would that be too similar to adrenaline?

i personally think it might be too op for the boss pool, but it could fit well in the golden chest pool, it really lacks great items

Honestly looks well flushed. Damage multiplier would stick out, basically an alt of Cricket's Head or Magic Mush, minus the additional damage up. The Tears Up and Black Heart are a nice addition in terms of stats, and the Mom Damage Bonus is def. an impact, but would easily falter depending on the path, especially outside of said fights. But, if it also impacts Delirium (Albeit in Mom forms), then it most certainly fits Quality 4, even though outside such a possible benefit, it still fits qualifications, In My Opinion. (And the weight also compensates for such perks, even If it's a bit rare for boss pools. Sacred Orb/Glitched Crown Is a thing.)

Allow me to explain my reasoning. The pact is a 2 heart cost devil deal item that is tears, damage, and a black heart. This item, Old Toy, is weaker in every respect when you first pick it up. It gets better as you get more stats, but first picking it up it is not as good as the pact. Old Toy is a quality 4, as opposed to the pact's quality 3. The Old Toy gets its quality 4 from the Mom effect, not the stats. That's my philosophy. I deeply appreciate the criticism though!

It's got severely reduced weight for a boss pool item, though. You're more likely to get Fallen and Athame/Maw than this.

While I somewhat agree ben black, it has a weight of 0.5, so it is exceedingly rare. It also is the only quality 4 in the boss pool, so I feel it deserves the spot.
