They deprecated a table and I've no clue how to do it atm

can I just ask if it's possible to mod so that a stance grants a buff to replenishment to a single unit type only? I've just started looking into modding myself and I have this idea for the Cult of Pleasure where they sort of pitch camp to have some sort of hedonistic festival that draws Devoted Cultists (new unit type I have in mind for them only) either via replenishment, or even possible recruiting new units of that type (something similar to how WoC gains gifted units).
