Just used this mod, and when used in conjunction with another mod, a European buildings mod that has corner buildings. I can;t recall the actual mod name - for now, it get's a conflict when attempting to place your charity corner shop, the European mod overrides yours with a corner building of its own.
If I can find the name of the conflicting mod, I'll add the details.
