@Markyofballard: when that happens I find that removing a single cargo extension and placing it back in place fixes the issue most of the time. Not sure if it will help but it is an easy thing to try.

Hi I have an issue how do you get the 640k storage bay to swap out to a harvester module. it only comes back 320k ( in game)

Loving this one. I have made it my main exploration for RE. I did add solar so that it can sit and not use fuel. IF anyone is interested I have saved it for anyone use

This is my favorite ship is the entire workshop. What I love about it: 1) It has plenty of turret locations for enough forward-facing firepower to take out just about anything you'll run into out there, 2) The perfect amount of grow plots to keep you in dino stew for life, 3) The designated areas for three sets of charger and capacitor arrays.The only thing I'd put on the wish list for this CV is that it had built-in locations for laser miners. I'm using all of the cannon slots for artillery and advanced lasers. Oh, and space for one more advanced generator would be really nice, but there are a bunch of hidden areas under walkways on level 2 to squeeze in at least four more basic generators. Great job, Jeff. Love your work and your videos!

Thanks for this great design! Best ship for early/mid/ RE by far!

I have used this ship since it was released. Unfortunately, time takes it's toll, with the ship is not looking nearly as nice as when it first spawned. 100s of encounters with zirax and drones have left their mark. Much of the pretty block work on the outside and huge sections of the interior have been destroyed and I don't have the skill to replace properly.

The grow area was converted first to a dance floor (more cpu) and later to extra generator space. I added so many guns, that the original exterior lines are all but gone. The hangar bay is no longer used for ship storage and constructors, only shield parts. Most of the front part of the ship is now combat and xeno.

After adding six aux cores, there is just no more room for new stuff.

Great ship for everything up to legacy. If I had better gaming skills I could probably take out low end legacy ships.

Excellent ship! One observation: The generators are not overly well protected and if there is a hull breach on the bottom of the ship it can lead to a magnificent explosion. Otherwise, this sucker is awesome!

@JRandall - Not sure how many of these you see and read, but if you catch this one...

I just wanted to say thank you. I started playing this game a couple weeks ago and its very overwhelming with little to no credible resources to give direction.

I have been using your ships nearly exclusively both in Vanilla and now RE. The upgrade instructions and simple layouts give me an incredible opportunity to both learn what to do to progress, while being simple enough to learn even more when I want to modify the ships for my own QOL/preference.

Through your creations, you truly make it possible to learn and play this game with as no added growing pains.

Thank you all! @NERK and OttoArms, I did fix that issue now. Sorry about that. I was doing less minute details to the bridge and forgot to put a ventilator back in. I did update the blue print now to have o2 there. @Simodib1, well, either I release 2 versions or have it be much more expensive stock wanting hard to get parts like quantum or aux cores. I do not like to force those requirements on a mid game ship. I do try to make it fairly easy to add the parts thou if wanted. And thank you all again!

Really nice! Decided to use the Carrack as my mid-game RE SV. Been really good so far. Realized pretty quick that shield ships are pretty different to use in fights than armor ones, but I am learning! Great job J!

Have been playing with the Carrack ILC and is very happy with it. But.... There is no O2 on the bridge (which I fixed by putting up a ventilator. And I REALLY would like some spotlights on it. Had to fix that myself. Otherwise a REALLY great ship!!!

Great job as usual, but why don't you make a fully upgraded version for new players like me?
Not everybody knows how to add correctly generators, turrets, thrusters, launchers, etc.

Awesome build! I added all the extra thrusters you left spaces for and converted the entire hull to combat steel. In survival, it still performed very well fully loaded with Sathium Ore (all storage bins, including the ammo bins), even on a 2G world. So should be no problem with a normal load even on a 4G world. A very nice piece of design work!

This is a great ship!!! Curious though, I took my helmet off and found there is no Oxygen flowing through the Bridge. Is there a theory behind this? Thank you for all the hard work you put into these creations.

Thank you very much Bonedog, Aaron, filbertfarmer, Vishankashot, and ExotikPsykotic! @Bonedog, loving your new creation! :) @ExotikPsykotic that is the Aurora-ITF which is on the workshop. @Vishankashot, it can range a lot in time depending on creation to creation. On this build, I would guess around ~30 to 40 hours. I never really track build times and sometimes I am fairly productive moving a build forward and other times I am trying to figure out what to do with blocks and interior space and it takes far longer in planning as well as issues can happen that require changes to the hull etc on some builds. Also if I decide to make new LCD's that can also add a fair amount to the build time however some LCD's are reusable from one creation to another. And thank you all again!
