You do need EP1 and/or EP2 mounted, But you do not need to mount EZ2 as the "Map Content File" Should have all the models and textures (from ez2) that are needed.

Do you really need a giant, slow-loading .gif as your thumbnail when all it does is add some film grain and show a tiny little red light blinking?

Not saying you have to delete your .gif, but I'd recommend putting it as a preview image instead of the main thumbnail. It would be nicer to people who have a crappy and/or limited internet connection.
