Really fun hat but I think it should just be Heavy only, this doesn't work very well on all-class

This doesn't feel good to look at. It's bulky, its unnecessary. I can appreciate how you modeled it, it looks perfect for Fortnite, but it's not good for this game. If you want my opinion, your time and effort would have been better utilized in making a medieval themed item that actually fits into the game. Take it back to the fortress idea, and think about what an actual medieval Team Fortress would look like; What helmets would they wear?
Take this all the way back to the start, pick a single class, and work your way from there. If you want my opinion, making a Rus Viking set for the Heavy would be a nice start.

Im so confused ... Why not a 2fort map model texture instead? Thats the reason why they named Team Fortress, I mean something like the "tiny texan" cosmetic.

This could have had a potential, but you missed that opportunity ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ into an ironic lazy tower scheme, still ironic by the name , but of course no one would wear that probably, only the new guys and the 2fort and ctf enjoyers .

I think it's alright (doesn't really fit the Spy). Would like a style without the flag though.
