One pet peeve I have was about the ambush armies from the Sanctum building that were full of non-ambushy Sauruses.
Would you perhaps consider adding to the scope of the mod that the Ambush armies would use more thematic armies: chameleons skinks and chameleon stalkers on top of the skink Skirmishers, perhaps Terradon Riders, razordons or salamanders as well, and that the leading hero would be an Oracle instead of a Scar vet?
This would increase the thematic experience of the campaign in my opinion.
As far as I know it has no compatibility issues.

It's hard to configure for each person, probably would eventually need a custom mod config for people to set their own preferences or to restart when the RNG Gods curse them.
Hopefully this helps for now.
To @Bleinz point there can be kind or harsh RNG in terms of whether early missions spawn hard or easier challenges. I've kept it fairly random, you can basically do a re-roll on the first turn to find something more amenable.
