I love this design for collecting small ships together. I was a bit concerned at first because there doesn't appear to be any connectors, and then I spotted the ones you have stashed under the landing surfaces. Very nice touch! I was surprised to see the connectors link through those panels.

Make it like a magnetic pad, so it keeps things in place.

Ah I see, HIVE because of the hexagon shape of the landing pads similar to the hexagonal shapes of bee "hives". Wow I went full scientist mode there lmao.
