Also may need some BLU Team screenshots, but we can see at least the unpainted variant on the paints chart.

There's something about this hat that makes it look slightly cooler than Sinner's Shade, maybe it's the curvy brim.

The band is paintable, yes. Don't know how I forgot to include a paint chart. I'll get that fixed shortly.

I don't like cowboy hat on heavy but this one, this one is pretty

I thought it looked similar to that hat too, but I think it stands out enough since it's not black and it has a different brim. Though there are probably many more cosmetics I'd rather see added
