This is a very nice ship. A front drop down exit would sweeten the deal even more. I put one on but it seems to not work being 3 blocks from the ground.

There is a Truss block below the stairs near the front middle of the ship. That truss block needs to be replaced with a air tight block. BP has been updated with this change.

This ship is no airtight mate.
