Mod dev, apparently: "Hey, let's make a broke-ass NPC that can oneshot literally any NPC or player with a single un-armed punch, and make it run at mach speed! Oh, but so long as the player doesn't anger them, it's no problem, right?"

Unfortunately, this incompetant mod developer did not understand the game he was modding too well, and overlooked the "Fair Game" attribute.. Have fun trying to play the game with this chunk pack as a zombie, and getting randomly one-shot by one of your dumbass broken NPCs.

Love it when i spawn in and instantly get one shot by a speed 99999 npc that my GPU doesn't render before the music starts

This chunk pack is pure nightmare fuel. I managed to play and win after several attempts and there were cool moments of witnessing chaos unfold, recruiting literal super humans and watching them absolutely destroy someone for me.

But the flipside of suddenly dying to a random speeding automatically hostile super NPC that gives no warning and no time to react isn't fun. Atleast not in a roguelite setting where I lose all progress upon death.
