Item Description mod says that Blaire has a different effect from PHD, what is this effect? Why isn't all character effects listed on the mod page?

Just tried both Normal and Tainted Blaire, and I really like both of these characters! I especially like normal Blaire, though. She feels pretty vanilla, but at the same time she's really fun because I think creep and ice are both fun mechanics to play with.

She has a tutorial background, it says:
- use potion
- get stuff from enemies on creep

Tainted Blaire is very confusing and I feel she could use more explanation as to how her mechanics and items work. I don't know what her spacebar active item even does.
