Ok so for a start I must mention that MOST of the old mission on that page seem to work with the Remastered version of TD.
On the top of the page you will see "Link 1" and "Link 2" right under the "Tiberian Dawn the Huge Collection" logo , choose one of the two servers to download that huge collection from.
Now after you downloaded it simply extract all the files into your TD's Local Custom Maps folder :
In case you don't know where it's located then its right here :
My Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Tiberian Dawn
All approximately 600 maps should be visible now in your custom maps tab In-Game ready for you to play ;)
You can also see here at the bottom of this page which of those missions work , which ones are buggy (or impossible to finish) and which ones doesn't work at all:

Hey dude , I can only assume that you are talking about the old Tiberian Dawn missions that I am playing , they are indeed not from the Steam Workshop but from the cncnet forums , you can grab 'em from there ;)
