the unit definitely has its place I just feel a little bit weird the Dwarf move 48 movement other than that well balanced in my opinion

Read the description. They are not meant to be balanced for dwarves.

I like the idea of this unit. Although they just seem too fast for a Dwarf. Slayers don't wear any equipment and they are faster than Slayers.

The weapon looks awesome, but the dwarfs don't look too sneaky.

Any way they could look a bit like "Sharpshooter Rangers" mod from Warhammer 2. Those look sneaky.
