What nutators you play with? If you don't provide your mutators list then I won't be able to know what causing it or to fix it.

Ehh Suppressors does block out muzzle flashes

just to simplify put supperssor on the mk18 then shoot, you will see no muzzle flash, then switch to your secondary, muzzle flash comes back

when you put on suppressor there is no muzzle flash, but when you switch to your secondary or your utilities the muzzle flash comes back
