It's a bucket that was used for survivors to take a ♥♥♥♥ in, It was the same texture look on the old one before valve decided to remove the model for unknown reasons, But the texture on the ♥♥♥♥ is higher res, Kinda looks like they used a can of dog food for the texture lol :winter2019joyfultearssnowman:, It you go on the original Mod the model texture looks different to this, But it is still a " ♥♥♥♥ " loads sharper looking :winter2019joyfultearssnowman:

The solution to fix this not working is to extract the .VPK file from the workshop once it is downloaded, Unsub, Then copy these 2 folders into the left 4 dead 2 main game directory something like this - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left4dead2\lead4dead2\ , I have tested this a few times, Including restarting the game, If you have issues when futher adding mods, Simply reverify game files and copy them 2 folders again .
