The latest DLC SoC with patch 4.0 added a bunch of new settlements, this mod doesnt cover them. and it needs an update.

I agree with Frigg, perhaps Level 4: 25% and the coveted Level 5: 40%? A further reason to grab those provincial Capitals! :)

i doubt it does but im trying to find the culprit and i have no mods that should be doing this: is this adding more defensive supplies to settlements?

honestly within capitals it should keep going up, you shouldnt be able to run circles around others in their own homeland ^^
and i dont mind a perfect army can move much faster within own territory, like 50% wouldn't be too much honestly.

I figured out a more robust way of finding every main settlement building in the game, found a few that I missed (as well as a few that are in the mod but don't exist). No major changes.

Ah great! I tested it myself as well and found it to work. But yeah, this kind of thing often takes a turn to reset.

Never mind my previous comment.

I was too hasty in my test and it seems that it takes a turn for this mod to take effect (i'm playing on legendary so i'm a bit carefull since it automaticly saves every turn).

After 1 turn my movement points has increased and, comparing it from pictures of before this mod, it seems my range has also correctly increased.

Can confirm that playing as Cathay did not increase my movement range.
I took a screenshot from before and after and there was no difference in range

Try comparing a screenshot of a selected lord with and without the mod to see if there is a difference.
The bonus not being displayed on the army is normal.

Hey, maybe this is a mod conflict (even though I don't have any other mods that do something like this), but playing as Cathay I don't seem to be getting any bonus. The text for the bonus is on the city, but even an army with a movement boosting hero can't catch a running raider in my home region ... The bonus also isn't displayed on the army in the bottom left.

I've done compatibility with other mods for similar stuff fir WH2, but it's hard to maintain unless I use it myself. Feel free to make your own patch mod.

Good question. I actually didn't test that. Though I can't see a reason the AI shouldn't benefit from this, I'll try to see if I can make sure of it.
