I highly suggest you go to the game's properties and select the Beta 1.3 build, most custom content including mine is created on the beta version and, because of how the game is programmed, only works on the beta version. I cannot backport the content to 1.2.5. It has more features, tracks, ships and is very stable. There's no reason not to get it :)
