Humm it's possible for Warrior of Chaos factions (Vilitch for example) to have only the herault of tzeenth and no nurgle/slaneesh/khorne?

Hey Savitar, if your wanting to "collect" all the Chaos Lords and heroes under one banner, such as playing Archaon, and recruiting Valkia, Villitch, Kholek, ect without any bugs, there is a way. In fact, you could even go FULL herald of the Apocalypse, and start with all the WoC, Mono factions, the Beastmen, and Norscan LLs but without any bugs it is possible. I have a post explaining where to find the mod and how to do it in the comments section on "discussions". If you cant find it, just ask. Its really easy, and I am having a blast with it. Confederated every chaos-related faction into one end times force, but it makes the game harder because of mass-micromanagement AND everyone sees you as a threat so they unite and come after you.

heroes are buggy right now some of them work and some doesn't when u add them to other factions so its not possible right now for me

I'm assuming it's because of a unique script that the WoC don't have? I was using a confederation mod where I confederated N'kari as Azazel, and I had gotten a herald that wouldn't change into an exalted greater demon.
