- Lahmians Lords effects are a lot less powerful than the others. You could play more on Fell bats / Dire wolves / Vhargeists, like Isabella.
- Strigois : Some stats are too high. Upkeep at 25 % is fine, a specific passive is fine, but for example 40 % physical resist, 25 % ward save or 25 MA is way too strong. 20 % PR, 10-15 % WS and 10-12 MA/MD seems better balanced.
- Von Carsteins : Same problem on ward save, MA and MD for all monsters. Others are fine.
- Necrarchs : Melee defense/attack could be toned down to 12.
- Blood Dragons : 20% ward save on your late game infantry and cav might be a bit too strong. Tone it down to 10-15 % ? Horrible Regeneration could be a good armywide buff for those three units. Expert charge defense/charge reflection for GG instead of speed ?

Your mod, which affects Lords, apparently conflicts with Unique skills for the VC heroes which affects Heroes and makes the game crash on start-up.
Could you please take a look at that?
try to uninstall and then install it again
