I wonder who made that backwards decision. Ig they don't want modders getting too ambitious and adroit with their ideas. Not sure what else the problem would be?
Problem lies tho in, for some reason they chose to lock out a lot of the db files normally present in the Total War engine for this games(big one being the battle AI). So less so we don't have the tools, but just some stuff in these games versus 3k, Rome 2 etc are simply hard coded into the engine and not present in the db.
Now, this is also true of all Total Wars to a degree, just more so here.
I don't understand too much about modding, but is modding get harder because you aren't given the tools?
If something non scripted we might be SOL tho, fair amount locked out of db for Warhammer games compared to something like 3k
@UltraRanger, hmm I think there's something like that in Three Kingdoms, not sure how I could bring that over, but if there's a way I'll certainly look into that as a mod too, would be cool to just replace immortality with a better option altogether
