It is so completely nonsensical to also save mods with the costum game setup

@scoobiecompl you probably know this, but just in case... make sure you're not loading a custom game. Saved custom games also save all your currently active mods, so when you load a custom game, all the mods you've downloaded/activated since are disabled/ignored (aka new civs/maps/city states/etc won't show if you load). Thus any time you get new mods, you need to customize your game from scratch.

Cool! This is actually somewhat close to what I made for myself when I cheated as Japan lol.

Btw any plans adding farther away witcher civs like Ofir (science/trade bias perhaps generating a Runewright each time you get a great merchant or scientist) or Zerrikania (bonuses for desert/mountains/rainforest, women warriors and some religion/combat synergy perhaps)?
