I use a bunch of mods. Maybe there is a conflict somewhere.

That sounds odd. I did a test with the workshop design, and the accompanying quad turret design and there was no problem for me at least. And it's the same if you use the linked design for the singular turret design and merge the 4 turret blocks?

Yes, I am using coax lasers.
I tried it without mirroring and even with just a single laser. Sadly with the same results.

Thank you for the comment. As for your issue, you are using coaxial lasers, correct? Also, if you have mirrors active when placing, it might mess it up.

Really cool ship. I want to use it for rift exploration, but there is one problem.
No matter what I do, I can not get the turret to show the projectile/laser like in the 3rd to last picture.
I tried them with the 1/4th design, one big full one and 4 small full turrets.

Does that happen to anyone else as well?

Interesting looking ship. Kind of reminds me of the tholians and krenim from star trek.
