Thunder, rain, and lightning

Open up the addon's materials using the Material Tab from the Extended Spawnmenu, then copy those material and paste them onto your Sub Material Tool's texture path, or you can just click on them and apply them onto a random model, then use the Sub Material Tool to copy the texture later on, then you can apply them onto Meggy's model.

And each part of the texture is designated to a texture from Meggy's model, so be sure to apply them correctly.👌

it's probably because that Steam recently banned gmpublisher's link or even the name itself I guess.

But the latest version fixed it though, by simply removing all mentions of it in the description when uploading addons.
