Probably a conflict, if you have my Entropy 2 Model pack, or another EZ2 Model pack, it can cause that, or any addon that includes the textures.

might just be a mod conflict of mine, but for some reason, on the fifth skin variant of the arbeit skeleton, the texture is missing on the skull? wondering if anybody else has experienced it.

Try unininstalling this addon, making sure its files are deleted, then re-install it?
Also make sure no other Entropy Zero 2 addon is installed like my model pack, as the models could conflict and cause problems.
