No, for the same reason I won't add an Elf bonus. Those should be their own separate traits. But that warrants a separate mod (which I don't have any plans to make).

I have tested this mod and can confirm that this mod works in multiplayer immortal empires without causing desync.

No idea. I have no interest in multiplayer. It's a database table edit, not a script. It should work the same as any other table edit mod.

I kind of wonder with Ogres should be listed also, since they are noted the skill Grudge most soul and some of the armor/weapons dwarfs can build have added ogre along with Orc and Skaven.
