hey! i thought it wouldnt work but it just needed 1 turn to work. :)

@Sturmlied I tested it and it works fine for me, you should check the following:

- Make sure you don't have any other mods active that modify garrisons from defense buildings.
- If adding in the middle of a campaign, notice the "changes next turn".
- These garrisons come from the wall buildings, without that building nothing changes.
- Resubscribe to the mod.

@肥鸽子 I tested this and it works fine, you most likely have some mod conflicts or some other mod crashing your game.
