可不可以自定义每种导线的功率，而不是不管什么线都是33.33KW？

From my testing, it does seem to work. However, I do not like how it makes all four types of wire - (1) Wire, (2) Conductive Wire, (3) Heavy-Watt Wire and (4) Heavy-Watt Conductive Wire all have 33.33 kW as the maximum load. I tried to adjust this in the Mod Options as the description suggests. And it does allow changing this value up or down. However, it seems that only one watt value can be adjusted as it affects all types of wire in the game equally.

I even looked in the game files to see if I could modify the Watt value of each wire separately in the configuration file mentioned. But, again, it seems to affect all wire equally. (Also, allowing the Heavy-Watt Wire and Heavy-Watt Conductive Wire to pass through walls makes the Joint Plate items pointless as they serve no purpose.)
