I was securing the outside of the house when the HVT just appeared outside his front door (might have walked, I wasn't watching that part of the house, until one of my guys yelled at him to freeze). Is that supposed to happen? I mean, I killed two outside guards without raising the alarm, arrested the HVT when he appeared, and that was the mission.
