@ZERO.FLCN I recently noticed that the faction for Tyrion uses the old colours that they did at the start of Warhammer 2 again. Which is just light blue and darker blue. This leads me to believe they used some old code for WH3 when they started development. As this was fixed later for WH2.

@sirmicou85 This mod is a fairly simple mask edit and should work with pretty much every mod unless someone alters the mask. I am actually making my own faction colour mod that changes a few factions colours among some other unit additions, Tyrions faction is included, I will note it as recommended for this mod when I release it. But you are of course free to use any faction coloring mods you like.

Hello @Merwanor can you make this awesome mod compatible with Hooveric reskin ? Both are a must-have, it would be a pity to do not use one of them.

@Notthebeegees Yeah I will see if I can remedy that variant.

@Guvenore That is actually CAs fault as variants can't load more than 5 different variants at a time and the one with the star is the 6th variant listed. So it just never loads. But I will fix this in my bugfix mod.

Cool shields, but it's missing 1 lost variant with the star.

One of the shield variants just has solid primary colour. Otherwise a very good mod.

I fixed it. It was that mask_channel issue.

can you check this info please vs the material for the tower shield decal? it might be the solution to problem...

this is from the spear: the spear uses 3rd channel (blue) 'cause I tested for the gems and the spear tips glowed green...

The crest gem colour is more a fix added to make sure the already created material files load the hef_shield_tower_decal_01_mask.dds mask instead of a default_black.dds mask.

I don't know enough about how masks work for Warhammer 3, so I will need to look into it.

Hey, I looked into your mod: I don't know or see how you gave the crest gems secondary color. I looked the material files and I don't see the changes with original.

Would you know how to set the gem to tertiary color? My blue mask doesn't work with your mod because it's blue, not green. Green mask works fine, but I don't want it to be same color as uniform. Thanks!

This mod does not really change faction colours, just alters the shield to display faction colours in a different way. I was not aware that they changed the tables for faction colours, but I will look around and if I find it I will let you know.
