It means the fix was officially implemented in a patch, so the mod is no longer needed.

Yeah, I noticed that too but I couldn't figure out why it happens. But, as far as I know, the "sentences.txt" file is not the cause of it. I also don't have a PhD in Source Engine like the majority of the HL fanbase, so maybe someone else could look into it.

Some voice lines still seem to cut out at times, is this fixable in any way or is that a different bug?

I don't know how to add tags, it wasn't in the guide. I'll look into it though.
