Love it but a few things I would add....for starters the fact Samurott can't dodge is kind of disapointing. also Samurott doesnt have a neutral Special. I would just do a simple water ball for Hydro Cannon and give it maybe a few frames of delay after use and have the damage scale to be like 12% and a bit of knockback but otherwise love the character (Cuz Bias)
