@Old Man Jenkins I remember there being a TV model on the SFM workshop that had them. It required some tweaking in the animation set, but it did work.

@Nightmare Moon From a quick search I'm not sure if they even work in the TF2/SFM engine.

Additionally, I'd rather let people put whatever they want on the screen instead of constraining it to in in-map room.

Why not add a monitor texture (I think it was called) to the film screen so we can project a view from any camera elsewhere on the scene? Greenscreening stuff in is more laborious.
