nvm, figured it out. I had a mod for the tank rock that didnt say it was conflicting, but was the problem.

i dunno what to do about that. it sounds like the game doesn't want you to use a mod for the tank kinda like in versus mode. or you've installed another tank mod. also the reason the tank is called hulk is because that's his name in the game files.

i get an error when launching a game with this mod. This is the error:

(i dont even have a hulk mod)
