update: lots of seemingly random windows on the bottom floors that float separate from the buildings, BUT, when you use Moveit! to copy the building the random floating windows disappear on the copies along with the balconies. Other than this tiny issue it is a great asset for my modern city's housing estates. maybe something funky with a sub building?
