Is this equipment armor and weapon(s), or just armor? Is it, what, mid-tier or end-game equivalent? Can it only be found as loot or bought from a vendor? And can we get a hint on where (roughly) to find the vendor or drop location - like near which landmark, near the center of the map... or what?
