It should be working fine, it was for me last time I was in game. The buses spawn from the middle of the building so make sure you haven't moved it too far back from the road. In the pics above I was able to move it away from the road because I added an invisible road up to the front door so it still had road access. Also because it's a long building if the middle point of the building is closer to a side road than it is the front road the buses may be spawning there instead. Hope this helps if not let me know and I'll check it again in game @Shane
