I always just chalked it up as a design on the ship, I never knew it was a shuttle, that was something I didn't know about

Shame we never got to see the Aeroshuttle in action during Voyager's run.

Don't get me wrong, the delta flyer is awesome, but it sounds like the Aeroshuttle woulda done what the Delta Flyer was conceived for.
