@landonthepurple77 may I reccomend Jmod it's a huge entity mod that also has armor the way you put on the armor is holding down your slow walk key and pressing e, and yes the armor does slow you down as you put on more

Look up "Easy Bonemerge tool" and you can use this on yourself or NPCs. It's easier than pac3. and I recommend using it.
