弹国内的事件的时候，显示出来的是介于TNO与千禧的事件界面，按钮上的字体和按钮背景一样是黑色的，非常难看非常看的晕，pls fix

There's an issue with equipment designers, which is in case of MD, there are two slots in the right bottom corner unavailable whlie using this TNO UI. Could You fix this please?

In the construction tab, the button to open the economic screen menu hovers over the button to close the construction tab. A similar issue occurs with the help button on the construction tab too, it hovers over the energy menu button.
