I've noticed they lack proper animations when pulling out the crowbar for close melee-range enemies, might be too much to ask but could you either remove their melee ability or give them proper melee animations?

looked a bit more into it, its specifically female_02's medic model that seems to be missing

really well done, hope you can fix the rare invisible model bug though, ive noticed that every time it happens the invisible NPC has a female voice and can be a medic to other NPCs, so a female medic model is likely the cause, maybe look there?
