That's amazing, it's got basically a Dido strapped to each side of the hull with the amount of secondaries attached to it.

@Deepfryer Technician Operator I've currently got a bit of a list of ships to do at the moment, but a large cruiser like Alaska is definitely something i need to build, so I may get round to it eventually

@Slabo Im quite a big fan of your work, like the Iowa from the other day or this one, Could you make a ship resambling USS Alaska CB-1 I love this ship, and if you could please make it Real Good (If you want to of course, seeing as your ships take a LOT of work) Have a pleasant morning/evening/day/night.

I took a closer look and she only gets 27m/s even after ten minutes or more, although this isnt really relevant for a replica build, I wouldnt taker her into combat anyway. If you want to get some more speed, the bow has quite a lot of drag, with your way of shaping it, offsets could help.

@AAS_Felix roughly 30m/s. While obviously relatively average in terms of neter standards, compared to other ships that I have built of a similar size she is by far one of the fastest

So how fast is fast in this case ?

@Deepfryer Technician Operator its more of a mix between a bunch of ships. The hull is based off of American Standard battleships, with the superstructure being more or less that of a KGV
