@Tomas13TO Okay, thank you for letting me know. By the way, I absolutely love your Palm Beach Collection, it's fantastic, my favorite beach theme condo/hotel etc. collection on the workshop. So I know whether I should bother you again "maybe next year", what would be a ballpark quote (or quote range) for an asset that's roughly the size and shape of 200 East Condos. I ask because I have absolutely know idea. Again, if you prefer saying any of this privately, I've given you a way to do so.

@Tomas13TO I'm working on a map editor map of the Destin, FL region. There's a standout building I possibly interested in commissioning for. The building is called the Emerald Grande and should be very easy to find with a google search.
